As a Senior Design Strategist, I believe a great strategy isn't just about polished deliverables. It’s about connecting people through empathy, balancing business goals with human impact, and driving the true organizational activation that turns alignment into real-world momentum.
Rooted in UX design and product ownership, my early career was all about building user-centered digital products. I spent years leading cross-functional teams, establishing design standards, and delivering digital applications. But over time, I realized my true passion wasn’t just solving problems on the screen, it was analyzing the backstage operational, structural, and business challenges that determine whether an entire service actually creates and captures value.
Oh, and even though I currently live in New England, I am a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan… go bills!
